Getting more out of it
- Make everyone commit first. Have the group answer on a count of three so nobody drifts toward the popular option.
- Then ask why. The choice is the game but the reasoning is the conversation, and it is where the arguments start.
- Ban "neither". A forced choice is the whole mechanic. Anyone who refuses both answers the next one twice.
- Use difficulty deliberately. Easy prompts warm a room up; hard ones land better once people are already talking.
